HOW CAN I PAY?
French Allure accepts payments from all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal and Gift cards.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Once we have received the order, it is prepared and sent within 2 working days. Delivery time depends on the destination. You can find the details for each country below:

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ARTICLE?
Connect to the return section, select the order and the items you want to return
Select the reason for return
Select if you prefer an exchange or a refund
Place the item to return in the pouch included and in a box (the original one if possible - we’d really like to try and keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much as possible).
If you decide to return an article, please ensure that it is in perfect condition otherwise the return will not be accepted by French Allure: clean, unworn, unwashed, tag still attached to the article and seal intact
Hong Kong: bring the box to return at a Redemption service (8 locations available)
International: all returns transportations are at the client’s charge, please return the articles at the following address: Times Logisitcs Ltd, Unit B, 6/F Roxy Industrial Centre, 58-66 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung Hong Kong
Once we receive the items returned, French Allure will refund you or proceed to the exchange according to your choice. In case of an exchange, French Allure will pay the shipping costs to send you the new article. If the exchange is not available anymore, French Allure will automatically refund you.
Returns or exchanges must be made within 20 days from the order date. Any returns outside this timeframe unfortunately cannot be accepted.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE REFUNDED?
French Allure will receive the article returned within two weeks once you return it (depending on your address and the country from which you send the article back to us). Please let our logistics staff the time to check the article to proceed to the refund. You will receive an email once the refund is done. If you are not refunded within 30 days, please contact us at email@example.com.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RECEIVE WHI HAVE ORDERED?
If there is any mistake in your order at the reception, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will find a solution with you. ☺
